Boy Scout Troop 762

Mission

To promote the scouting ideals of duty to God, to County and to self.

Activity / Explanation

Troop 762 has been chartered by the Boy Scouts of America since 1962 and is for boys 11-18 years old. Boy Scouting teaches citizenship, leadership, moral values, duty to God and Country and outdoor camping skills. Troop 762 is a scout-run organization and youth leadership is elected by the troop.

Meeting Frequency

The troop goes camping every month and our travels take us from the mountains of Colorado to canoeing in the Ozarks high adventure camping at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico and the Northern Tier Conoe base in Canada. The scouts have fun as they advance in rank and maturity on the trail to Eagle Scout.
