Fr. Labenz grew up in Hutchinson, KS. His childhood parish was Holy Cross in Hutchinson and he graduated from Holy Trinity Catholic High School in the same city. Fr. Labenz is energetic and his first assignment was here at St. Francis of Assisi as parochial vicar from June 2017 until June 2019.
