To offer spiritual and emotional support for bereaved families who have experienced the death of their baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death.
Activity / Explanation
This ministry sends prayer cards to the families and offers support for their special needs at this time. Members plan an annual Memorial Service for families on December 28th (Feast of the Holy Innocents) with Rite of Blessing and blessed religious mementos for families. Twice yearly, a nine-week Miscarriage Bible Study Support Group is offered with a memorial service at the end. We welcome everyone to join this new ministry and offer help and share new ideas at our periodic meetings.
