Mark your calendar for the 43rd annual SFA Fun Night on Sunday, October 18, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School. Admission is free, and the invitation reaches well beyond our school families. Bring grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, neighbors, teammates, and friends who have never set foot in SFA.
What is waiting at Fun Night
The school fills up with carnival games, inflatables, and the Haunted Hallway. The kitchen serves homemade food, including warm cinnamon rolls and chili. Both tend to sell out, so come hungry and eat early.
Grown-ups can browse the silent auction packages on display around the school. Bidding happens online and closes at 6:45 PM.
A night that brings SFA together
Fun Night puts school families, parishioners, and neighbors in the same building for one evening. Kids get to show off their school, parents catch up with each other, and newcomers get a real look at what SFA is like.
Help the school reach its goal
Fun Night is SFA’s only annual fundraiser, and it pays for things students use every day, like textbooks, STEM materials, and playground equipment. This year the whole school is working together toward a $50,000 goal, and every student shares in the rewards along the way. Reach the top of the ladder, and students earn a day off on Monday, October 19.
The raffle is fully online this year, so grandparents and friends out of town can join in, too. Tickets start at $1, and winners do not need to be present. Sales made by noon on Thursday, October 15, count toward the day off.
Invite someone
Send the Fun Night page to family and friends, or simply bring someone along. The more people who come, the better the night gets.
