Our Outcome
With this strategic plan, our school will honor tradition while advancing its mission to form faithful disciples and leaders. Through stewardship, innovation, and collaboration, we commit to transforming Catholic education for the future.

Plan Introduction
Strategic planning is a core responsibility of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School Council, guiding our mission with vision and accountability. Our five-year Strategic Plan – Stewardship and Education: Transforming the Tradition – emerged from community input through town hall meetings, surveys, and contributions from parents, staff, and students. It outlines growth in evangelization, leadership, community engagement, safety and wellness, innovative resource management, and parent formation. Grounded in our Catholic identity, each goal supports the formation of the whole child – mind, body, and spirit. Parents are invited to join School Council subcommittees as we work together to strengthen our school and ensure a vibrant future for Catholic education.
